What it costs
Ovaro is a share of the registration fees you collect, on a graduated scale that steps down as your festival grows, with a per-event minimum. You set your own fees. You choose whether to absorb our share or build it into the registration fee. Nothing is charged before a paid entry exists.

What changes for families
They register once, pay online, and see their times and results in one place. The guardian owns the performer's record; it follows the performer across festivals and years, and transfers to them at adulthood.
What happens to our data
Your festival's data stays yours. We can import your existing syllabus and past results, and you can export entries, results, critiques, certificates and financials in standard formats at any time. There is no lock-in and no exit fee. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never hold your card data. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
