Age 5
The first festival
A first bow, and the very first line of a record.
A parent registers a five-year-old for a beginner piano class. Ovaro creates one performer profile — a name, a birth year, a guardian.
That single record is where every mark, certificate, and kind word from an adjudicator will live from this day forward.
Ages 6–9
Early years
Entries and certificates begin to accumulate.
Different festivals. Different organizers. Different disciplines — maybe speech, maybe voice. Each entry attaches to the same profile.
No re-typing names and birthdays every spring. No lost certificates. The family sees a growing shelf of accomplishments in one place.
Ages 10–13
Finding a voice
Marks, rubrics, and written critique start to tell a story.
Adjudicators leave written and verbal feedback tied to specific pieces. Rubric scores build up across categories and levels.
A teacher can look back at three years of critiques on the same repertoire. A performer can hear an adjudicator’s voice on a piece they played two years ago.
Ages 14–16
Serious study
Scholarships, awards, and the shape of a young musician.
Scholarship placements, festival awards, and daily highlights are recorded against the profile as they happen.

Ages 17–18
University auditions
A complete portfolio, ready to download.
A teenager preparing university auditions opens their profile and exports a portfolio — every festival, every mark, every critique, every certificate.
If Performance Media was enabled, recordings are there too. It is a body of work, not a stack of paper.
Age 18+
Adulthood
The profile becomes theirs.
When the performer becomes an adult, guardianship transfers. The account is now theirs to keep, edit, export, or delete.
The record does not disappear when they leave a studio, change teachers, or move to another country. It belongs to them.

Families own the record.
The performer profile belongs to the family, not to any single festival or organizer. It travels with the performer, and it is theirs to control.

When the performer turns eighteen, guardianship transfers to them. The account, the record, the portfolio — it all becomes theirs.
A short, honest privacy note
Built for young performers, safe by design.
Guardian consent. For performers under the age of majority, a guardian creates and owns the account. Consent is required before any profile is created, and again before anything sensitive — like a video recording — is stored.
Private storage. A performer’s record is not public. Organizers and adjudicators see only what they need to, when they need to. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train third-party models.
Family-controlled deletion. Guardians can export the full record or delete the profile entirely at any time. Deletion means deletion — the record is removed, not archived out of sight.
